The “Provider” is the Canadian corporation that owns and operates this tool and the mortgagestrategylab.com service; anyone administering the tool (including the Admin) does so on the Provider’s behalf, not in any personal capacity. Your access is personal — don’t share your sign-in, and don’t provide access to others.
An informational comparison of lender rates and broker compensation for readvanceable mortgage products, assembled from lender-published rate sheets and related materials. It is a working aid for licensed professionals — not advice to consumers, and not a rate commitment by any lender.
Rates, compensation figures, and calculations are estimates that can be out of date or wrong. Confirm with the lender before quoting a client or committing to anything. You are responsible for what you communicate.
This tool is deliberately PII-free. Do not enter names, addresses, or any information identifying a client anywhere in it.
The tool — its software, design, calculations, and configuration — remains the exclusive property of the Provider. Use grants you no licence or rights beyond signed-in use of the hosted service.
This is beta software: it may change, break, or be withdrawn, and access may be revoked, at any time without notice.
The tool is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the tool.
